So happy now!

Hi all!!!

I admit, I wasn't feeling like that when I look back - the last week was horrible. But... Every cloud has a silver lining (or so I was told, perhaps the lining shows up just before the thunder strikes; anyway). And I got many good pieces of information today!

For instance, I told you about ePIC Generator, this lovely software for creating portraits of humanoid characters easily (you can subscribe to related news by adding epicgenerator to your watchlist). Sade is a talented and kind person, so new addons come out all the time (for example Anthro Catfolk Bundle). This link is where the imagination of this deviant is unleashed regularly. You can see examples at epicgenerator's gallery. The one below has a shirt created by Sade and postworked by me:



Every month, a special challenge is held to promote the programme. You may - or may not, which is more likely the case - remember I entered the one that was run during May with my deviation "Trekking at Mount Drakensang"...



The point is, I learnt today it won.

I am literally overjoyed, because it's a great honour for me. I had much fun making it - ePIC is intuitive and quick to use. Add to it it's linked to your e-mail, so no matter where you are, just like with Steam, you can use all of your content. I need to thank the jury and make up my mind. I can ask you for your opinion on that... What should I settle on as the prize?

Another great news is that I got myself a new shoal of guppies and platies. I've got two tanks, one of 160 l (mostly occupied by an ENORMOUS algae-eater, a pair of keyhole cichlids and bronze corydorases, but I adopted a pair of cute goldfish some time ago and they enjoy each other's presence - a goldfish is happy as long as it has enough - read: lots - of food, fresh water and nobody eats it) and anothe of 80 l where I breed guppies and - soon - platies. To put it forward, I started my first tank like over seven years ago (the algae-eater I told you about is one of my first fishes - yes, fishes, because the plural form fish describes only some specimen in general, while my fishes are one-of-a-kind each!). I managed to cross-breed my guppies in such a way that they resemble wild guppies now, which is cool for me and a rare thing to see in tanks nowadays. I won't bore you to death with detailed descriptions, but it will be enough to say I have fry every time. A new generation starts to breed when their younger siblings arrive. The smallest ones measure around 3-4 milimetres now and several of my females are pregnant again. So I patiently wait for their arrival and observe the current ones. But, to keep the line clean and healthy, I have to buy new ones from time to time. Usually, I take a trip to the Czech Republic for they have much healthier ones - their females are big and stocky, which is very important to a breeder as stocky ones undergo pregnancy easier. So my new bundle of joy arrived on Saturday and gosh, they're SEXY.

About other things, I'm taking part in a very important work-related event to get a special certificate I won't bore your about, so keep your fingers crossed during this and the next week please. I have to prepare two interviews more for the lucky and talented winners of the contest at Thief-Forum (Hamadriyad, you're next! ). This will be a pleasant experience, of course. As far as I know, my campaign seeds were selected to be included in a new compilation Johnn Four is currently preparing. I hope it will be a useful thing for roleplayers, I had loads of fun writing my ideas (though that 150-word limit was killing me ).
